Barr Mediation reserves the right to use or disclose user information in special cases when we believe it is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing interference with or injury to our rights or property or identify or contact any persons who might be harmed by such activities.  We may also disclose personal information in response to a subpoena or when we believe in good faith that the law requires such disclosure or to respond to an emergency situation.
